Yantai Quanyuan Food Co., Ltd, founded in 2003 with registered capital of 10millionRMB, is a comprehensive enterprise integrating fine quality fruits’ planting, storing, processing and marketing. The enterprise has constructed 10,000 T CA store and 5,000T cold store to supply the worldwide customers with high quality fruits, vegetables and deep processing products. In 2004, it passed the certificate of ISO9001 international quality management system and HACCP food safety control system. In 2005, the company’s QuanYuan brand Red Fuji apple was awarded China Famous Fruit by China Fruits Association. In 2006,its orchards production base passed EUREPGAP standard with issued certificate. It has 480 staff members, including 6 senior engineers, 28 fruits technology managers, 2 foreign language translators, 4 undergraduates majoring in international trade and 1 registered accountant.

Construction Conditions

Yantai Quanyuan Co., Ltd. is located in Division C of Qixia Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 10.7ha, and construction area of 21,000 square meters. In its north lies Penglai Pavilion--- the fairyland on earth. We can go directly to Qingdao in the south. It is 38 kilometers away from Yantai Port and Yantai Airport to its northeast. Tongsan Expressway, State Route G204, YanQing Class A road, LanYan railwaym, etc, pass across here in length and breadth and extend in all directions, forming fast, three-dimensional and convenient transportation network. Here are 2 transformer substations of 110KV and 19 transformer substations of 35KV. The electricity supply of dual circuits and dual powers can be provided. The pipes for water supply and drainage are well equipped. Changchun Lake, with a storage capacity of 74 million cubic meters, can supply sufficient water for the enterprises in the industrial park. Well-equipped telecommunication, Internet broadband net, CATV can be used at any time. Division C of Qixia Economic Development Zone abounds in labor resource with over 4,000 unemployed workers among the population of over 12,000 within 25 administrative villages in its 5 square meters labor’s supplying area.

Project Content

As No.1 Fruit Producing City in China, Qixia abounds in varieties of fruit and vegetables. The project is aimed to make use of the local rich fruit and vegetable resources to introduce advanced technology, equipments and capital to keep the fruit and vegetable fresh and produce varieties of deep processing products of fruit juice, fruit jam, preserved fruit, fruit ring, canned food and the vegetables. With the steady increase of economy of every country and the improvement of people’s living standard, the health awareness of consumption is continuously increasing; the unpolluted natural green foods emerge and are sold well quickly in the market.

The total investment on the project is US＄300million,the Chinese part contribute workshops, land- use right, and the foreign part contribute equipments or foreign currency.

Economic Benefit Analysis

After operation, its annual sales revenue will be 95millionRMB; profit reach 5million RMB.
